Fascinating NASCAR Fans

Just another day in NASCAR heaven I guess. These fans are watching the Nationwide Series race in West Allis, Wis. Notice anything strange about the photo:


Well the one thing I found curious is the thing that's laying on the hood. It's appears to be a prosthetic leg, but I can't figure out who it belongs to or why it's there. Just another reason to be fascinated with the NASCAR culture.
